Medical Transcription
QTAT offers end-to-end medical transcription solutions to healthcare providers across United States. We consistently deliver high-quality, and on-time jobs
We offer 24-hour turnaround as a standard.
We are fully geared to handle any volume fluctuations within a range of 40% without delays in turnaround time.
We provide data archival and retrieval services free of cost for up to one year. All transcribed files are securely stored in our servers in Texas.
Though QTAT specializes in servicing complete transition and management of all your medical transcription needs, we can help in crisis situations to clear any backlog of work.
We provide uninterrupted transcription services 24 hours a day,365 days a year.
For every group, we assign an account manager. He/She manages a dedicated team of transcriptionists and editors assigned to each client. Each provider is assigned two or three transcriptionists depending on the volume of dictations. This allows the transcriptionists to build their skills by gaining expertise with the specific style of the provider.
Our quality control staff proofreads all transcription, without exception. The account manager generates feedbacks to identify and rectify issues as and when they arise. This approach helps us attain consistent accuracy within a short period of time.
