QTAT offers complete flexibility in choosing your most convenient and accessible dictation option. Be it 1-800 toll free dictation, digital voice recorder dictation or even PC-based dictations.

The authorized providers will be set up in the system with a unique user name and password to access the dictation system. All providers will be trained to use our system, which is very user friendly. Regardless of how the mode of dictation capture, we have deployed a secure software program that can be accessed by authorized providers and office administrators to transfer and store voice files and documents.

 Our Internet based document delivery program enables providers to start using our system with little or no additional software on their computer.

As soon as the dictation is completed the voice files will be uploaded to the server and instantly available for qualified transcriptionists. The voice files will then be transcribed, proofread, edited and the fully approved document will be uploaded within the turn around time as specified in the contract. A systematic quality control process is performed on every document before it is released as production ready. These files can now be viewed and approved jobs can be downloaded and printed.
