  1. Which dictation options do you offer?
    We offer you options of dictating via toll-free telephone line or digital voice recorders.
  1. What hours does your toll free dictation system operate?
    Our systems are accessible 24x7 and you may dictate from anywhere at anytime using a touch-tone phone.
  1. How do we upload the dictations to you?
    a) If you would like to use our toll-free 1-800 line, you will be assigned a personal ID #.
    You will DIAL the # and then the personal ID # and start dictating with help of a voice prompts. As soon as you hang up the line, dictations become accessible to our team.

    b) If you prefer using digital handheld recorders, you could record the dictations into the recorder and transfer the dictations into your computer. Instantly our software picks up the dictations and makes then available to our team for processing.

  1. Is my dictation safe as it is sent via Internet?
    YES. As a part of our HIPAA compliance, we have used 256-bit SSL encryption to promote    date security.
  1. Can you return my jobs within 24 hours?
    Yes.
    Guaranteed turnaround is 24 hours or less.
  1. What about STAT Reports?
    YES.
    We do process STAT reports upon prior request.
  1. How do we access the completed transcripts?
    You have two options to receive the transcripts.
    a) First, our auto downloads software keeps checking for new jobs available and downloads in your computer or prints them automatically for you.

    b) Secondly, you could access our web-based transcription management software to download your jobs using your pre-assigned unique user name and password.
  1. What hardware/software do we need at our end to start your service?
    You will need a computer with Windows 98 or higher operating system with Internet Explorer 5.5 version and above. We also recommend broadband Internet connection for faster uploading and downloading of jobs.
  1. How do you charge?
    Our fees are normally based on per line, 65 characters constitute one line.
  1. What are the payment terms?
    We will customize it to fit your need. The invoice will be based on cumulative lines transcribed and the rate agreed upon. All bills will be accompanied with detailed line count statements, which will be auditable by the client.
  1. How soon can you accommodate us?
    Our transition managers will then setup the account within one week.
  1. Can we try your service before committing in a contract?
    YES.
    We offer free, no obligation trial of 2 days. This period can be increased or decreased based on the comfort levels of our transcriptionists and the client.
